Survival Bags 
Twice a year, at our April and November meetings, the Galveston County Aggie moms and dads put together sacks of snacks for their favorite Aggie students as an expression of love and support as they prepare and study for finals.  It is so rewarding to see their smiles and gratitude upon receiving their sack.  

Parents who attend the November and April meeting...
This year a bag and label will be supplied for every Aggie AND a form is needed for every Aggie recipient.
(See attached order form and $5 suggested donation) 
The supplied bags are the same size to ensure that all our Aggies receive an equal amount of goodies.  As a parent attending the meeting, you will need to bring 70+ snacks of the same kind.
(Cookies, crackers, oatmeal, hot coco, popcorn, pudding, etc.)
We build an assembly line, placing one of each item in the bags until all the items have been equally disbursed. 
 
Note..
If you are gifting extra bags for roommates or friends, fill out a form and follow the same procedure for each Aggie along with your donation.

Parents unable to attend the November and April meeting...
Complete and submit a Survival Box Order Form for each Aggie and submit your donation. See order form below, a suggested donation $35-40.
 A bag, label and snack items will be supplied for your Aggie.  Local club members shop and prepare the labeled bag for you.  If your student has a special diet, please make a note on the form and list some suggested snacks they like to eat. Whether your Aggie lives on or off campus, it is crucial that you provide your Aggie’s cell number, email, or apt address, so we can contact them to pick up their box on campus by 8:30 pm.

Every Aggie recipient must have a completed form and it must be received by the DEADLINE DATE to give us plenty of time to buy bags, prepare labels and shop for the correct amount of Aggies. Remember to mail or bring a letter, card or note for your Aggie. Please read through your newsletters and emails each month for additional details.
